CAPUG artists must read and agree to our terms and conditions when they subscribe to be a CAPUG artist: CAPUG annual subscription fee is £35, this includes:
Terms and conditions for artists on the CAPUG platform or PocArt platform
An artist profile including a maximum of 500 word bio and ten images of artwork (approximately 700 x 700 pixels) featured on: CAPUG, https://capug.com/capug
All works of art must include title, medium and dimensions to be accepted on the CAPUG platform(s) if not they will not be uploaded to CAPUG
If images are not of good quality they too will not be uploaded To update/ amend an artist profile (new images or text) there will be an administration charge for this service
Featured on the CAPUG and PocArt Instagram and/ or Facebook platform as well as being featured on our umbrella platform. PocArt, https://pocart.uk/pocart
Product and liability insurance at pop-up shows is included in the subscription fee
A contribution towards venue hire, when applicable, pricing may vary – artists will be notified of such costs prior to being invited to exhibit and to be paid in full within 21 days prior of the exhibition opening
CAPUG will price all work on agreement with artists, this will depend on size, medium whilst taking other factors such qualifications, exhibitions and body of work into account
Keeping inline with pricing structures for emerging artist at this level in their career
CAPUG will subsidise a number of artists when venue/gallery hire is at a premium whereby, subsidised artists will alternate at these exhibitions
All CAPUG artists exhibiting in an CAPUG show will have to attend the opening preview evening unless previously discussed
All artwork has to be delivered to the CAPUG storage location in Emsworth prior to exhibitions. Each artwork must be securely wrapped and packaged: otherwise CAPUG will not be responsible for any damage etc. unless this happens whilst in the hands of CAPUG which will be covered by insurance.
Sales or commissions from the CAPUG website or whilst exhibiting at a CAPUG pop-up gallery will generate a modest commission of 15% for artwork under £1,000 and subsequently 25% for artwork over £1,000 to be paid in full within 21 days of sale
Upon receipt of an offer of representation via the CAPUG platform from a gallery or patron and/or an invitation to alternative art platforms, a commission of 5% for the first year on all sales will apply
Furthermore, if you the artist exhibit your artwork via another platform or exhibit at alternative galleries whilst being a featured artist on CAPUG, you cannot exhibit/show or sell artwork that is featured on the CAPUG platform
All sales generated via CAPUG's umbrella site; namely, PocArt https://pocart.uk/pocart all of these terms and conditions apply
By accepting these terms and conditions on the CAPUG platform(s) (namely: PocArt https://pocart.uk/pocart) you agree to all of the terms and conditions herewith
CAPUG annual subscription will be applicable to new artists joining the CAPUG platform(s) as of 13/09/2020
For existing artists on the CAPUG platform(s) they will begin to pay subscription fees as of 01/06/2021 which has to be paid within 28 days of the said date: A standard reminder email will be sent to all artists: if payment is not received within this time frame artist profiles will be removed

CAPUG can accept or reject your artist submission application to register for any reason they see fit
